Our transport personnel will pick up biomedical waste on a scheduled or on-call basis, transport and dispose of it at regulated facilities. Comprehensive tracking of all waste is conducted to ensure that waste is properly managed from collection to disposal.
All staff are trained to OSHA standards on topics such as safety, hazardous materials, medical waste, hazardous chemicals and infectious substances. Our drivers are trained to deal with emergency spills and all of our vehicles are equipped with spill control equipment. We comply with all packaging regulations for both waste containers and transportation vehicles as is mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH).
